Items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date, provided they meet the following requirements:
• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and completely unused.
• All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Any items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
- A $5 per bottle restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
If you received free items as part of a promotional offer (such as "Buy 3 Get 3 Free"), you must return all items from that order, including the free promotional items, to qualify for a full refund.
If you only return some items from a promotional order, your refund will be calculated based on the discounted price per item, and the value of the free promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund amount.
